This website will be used to post materials and make announcements about Dr. Ahlgrim's section of FIL 250 - Introduction to Risk and Insurance. You don't have to "remember" the course URL - just Google "fil250" and it will be the top search result.
This site allows you to post comments (even anonymously), so if you have questions, or need clarification on course content and you think your question will benefit others, feel free to post a comment anywhere on the site. You should also be able to view this site reasonably well on mobile devices.
This home page will be used for announcements about the course and other issues that might be of interest to students of FIL 250. If you missed the first day, I passed out the two-page syllabus which contains contact information and the course URL.
I will be posting notes for class on the course schedule. Please download the notes and print them out before coming to class. This way, you don't have to spend all of your time writing and trying to keep up.
